Social Bowling Delayed

After careful consideration, the Greensmen have requested that the Social Bowling afternoons be delayed.  As you are all aware, we have had relentless rain for months and the green has been saturated. League games are also suffering and we are only two weeks into the season. Spring work has not taken place as yet either, as it is too wet to proceed. The forecast for the next two weeks is still not looking good.

We are now proposing that Social Bowling commences on Friday 3rd May at 1pm after the Eastwood Cup on Sunday 28th April. We are really sorry to have to delay the start day as we know the afternoons are enjoyed by many.  In the meantime, if there is a significant improvement in the weather, the greensmen will re evaluate the situation. We will keep you updated via email and on this website.
